You can attack posters who have been screaming about how bad management are for years, or you can contact management, the ones who have actually driven your investment into the ground and ask them the hard questions (Why dilute holders rather than draw on bank facility? Where has the $130 million gone in 4 years?) voice your concerns, but at this stage I think only way you are going to get money back is if USA passes MORE Act before CAN goes the way of EXL, going to be a slow death imo.
