Don't forget that all of the shareholders have suffered as a result of them dumping all of the stock into the market at the time of the occurrence.
As a result of what they did, the sp plummeted and a lot of shareholders lost a lot of money, and the company as a whole suffered as a result.
So, IMHO, if he gets his money or shares, and I really hope he does, and he decides to sue ANZ, he should sue them for the whole lot of the shareholders as well. A class action!!!
