I have seen some talk here of potential deal in China. With a distributor, I assume, as with Tomita in Japan? Can anyone share any further information on what has been communicated by CPV in this regard? TIA

Bored waiting for announcements I was checking back over the Tomita deal and one of the first performance criteria for Tomita was to place an order for a demonstration project in Japan (to include a minimum of 300sqm of IGUs) within 120 days of signature of the agreement. With the agreement signed 11 April 2021, I make 9 August 2021 the deadline for placing that order. Tomita's first order was announced 25 August, almost 3 weeks after this date. Perhaps the order was placed well in advance of the announcement? I'm not sure they could withhold such market sensitive information for so long but what do I know (answer: very little). I say 'market sensitive'... interestingly the SP was exactly $0.295 immediately prior to the announcement on 25 August...
