Look I don’t think Victor was aware that he wasn’t allowed to share the news to us all when he mentioned it to the market. he also can’t control delays which aren’t because of CPV it was because of another trial company being delayed. (Holding up the whole nyserda event)
I assume he was going to tell the market but NYSERDA have told him otherwise since obviously. He would not of made the comment of major major for no reason.
