The lack of information and the perceptions raised by management have damaged the companies 'frugal reputation'
In relation to the MDs renumeration package, wow that's substantial for an explorer. I know an MD in another penny stock explorer who earns a third of that package and has to manage over 20 properties across Australia, America and Central America.
Me thinks our MD should lead from the front and recommend a belt tightening exercise from the top down. That would go a long way to repairing the damage in my eyes.
