not to say that John perhaps doesn't deserve a good renumeration package BUT we shareholders must see evidence of success too. It is a double edged sword.
The reality is I work as hard as John (I'm sure of it) and pay myself substantially less. I buy shares in AAM with my hard earned based on fundamentals and then witness this really ordinary decision.
I want to see progress and clarity.
One single raising that incolved a 1:1 would have done it. Fast and efficient. Everyone would have had the option. No bias. The funds would be raised and would be put to good use - with mine start up this year.
There's an old saying "you have to spend money to make money" problem is if we are continually under resourced does that mean that A1 becomes inefficient and effectively wastes money (e.g. time opporuntiy lost)
Get this show on the road JW - its time to progress to mining and fast!!! We shareholders want warm and fuzzy's at the post office box in the form of dividends!!! There is no other way of putting it!
