    Ok much better explanation on the terms, from what looked like RXL get up to 70% thats not the case, those leases in blue are only 50-50 surrounding SPX no option purchase more, only option RXL has to go to 70% is over the purple leases where the gold mine is, ill give credit I dont mind this deal, should have been explained like this from the start
