young investors

Hey Guys

I was just wondering if there are any young investors out there (long term, not day traders) aged between 20-40? I recently started investing a few months ago, I have found it's a real science and a lot of fun! Some stocks I've bought recently include Qantas, Myer, Bluescope plus lots of small caps. I've made about a 3.5 % return in the 3 months I've been going at it. Thats the positive, on the negative I've been writing lots of posts about the scourge of high frequency trading which I find totally unfair! I've mostly been getting a lot of help from my dad who knows what he's talking about, plus reading lots from hot copper postings. I was thinking of going to the local ASA branch meeting to meet other investors but its only old people. It would be great to hear if there are any other young investors out there like me!
