you make 40 tremble with fear but rest a while for 40 has learn that some people are successful in one area of attacking the mkts whist others are better off doing something else.
over time, one finds their comfort zone and hones it to be successful.
if i was younger, i, no doubt, with all the technology available today would be looking at trading shorter periods than i do now. one's brain gets tired. i think the mkt term is 'burnt out' and belive it to be true.
my days of individual company research have slowed down to a dribble. now it's more strategic area investing which i believe comes with time in the mkt as i have now discovered some very successful investors who have follwed the same route.
over the yrs i've worked without even a telephone line !
