    hence point no. 1. - many people buy stocks without checking the potential of any claims made by companies.
    e.g. just because someone decides to incorporate a company and call it "moreton energy pty limited" doesn't mean it has ever done any business in selling energy/coal etc.


    also, LOD get 50% if they spend $2mln in the next 3 years!!
