Load up the pertinent questions, interview the ''guest'', report the FACTS, and nothing else. Far too many current affairs programs with dills offering up their ill thought out views on topics they knew nothing about, up until a few days prior.
Mondays Experts, I believe the term is. And there are plenty of offenders. And imo Political Reporters the worst offenders. Wouldn't know their arsehole from their elbow, even if they smelt 'em!
And it appears (well it does to me) to have coincided with an increase in the influx of ''pretty little things'' (and some not so) on the tube.

He and Keating was must see TV.

The glory days are gone but Aunty is still a mile ahead of ALL the other dross. PARTICULARLY SKY.

He and Keating was must see TV.

Lateline was a must see show for me when Kerry was hosting. It was relatively late at night and, like the host, politicians were more inclined to mouth off.
