Heard on radio this morning Mr Larocca from the REIV say home sellers are having to go to extraordinary lengths to make a sale already this spring. Gimmicks such as sausage sizzles and champagne on arrival at auction day are now quite common.
In the same breath Mr Larocca used the term AFFORDABILITY as the main driver behind lack of sales.
Affordability? So prices falling would please Mr Larocca right?
WRONG. Mr Larocca wants a government handout. He wants houses affordable ONLY if it means the government helps you pay for it.
