Lescat how can I comment on a state where I have no idea what the laws are, it maybe legal in NSW. But really lescat since when did a auctioneer need a real person to take a bid from. That's what makes the whole story a little suss, not that I find it acceptable, I have seen auctioneers pull bids from trees. Much prefer Vic where the vendor has the option of 2 bids, at least it's transparent.
