A vendor bid is legal on property in some states, why i don,t know, anything else and the price is determined by what people are willing to pay. But bids from trees, lampposts etc is deception and it is fraud, the real estate industry is so far in the gutter that some even try and justify it on this very forum, this industry needs a cleanout and hopefully the property slowdown will allow this to take place. I don,t think anyone, even within the industry can argue that they have an image problem that is on the nose to many, now is the time to crackdown on those that created this image problem, if you don,t mind i will not be holding my breath.
