Have been checking out townhouses in South Perth & Como (WA) over the last month.
Barely able to step through the front door before the agent is saying the owners will sell for $X below the asking price. Never experienced this before, has happened at all houses inspected to date.
Have also had a couple of agents suggest the owner would repaint rooms if we didn't like the colour; and throw in the outdoor setting and portable shed.
A lot of house on the market for at least 3 or 4 months.
