your call beach !!!

Good Onya VPE on your stratergy, you have forced Beach to do one of two things.

(A)Dump your holdings in ITC and run !

(B)Make another offer that would be accepted by the shareholders.

I beleive that VPE will block the Merger as finding another 5% to achieve this is very gettable. If BPT walk away, what then ? Will VPE then try the takeover ?
This is the Question we are all waiting for to unfold.
