Migration it will be, Western Sydney's new airport will be the gateway. the tearing down of vegetation to replace with hot tarmac. tin roofs, and concrete, apparently this is climate-friendly. Cheap workers will flood in, to maintain the lifestyle of the Sydney elites. The elites will be into every government programme, Aged care, NDIS, child care, Renewables,billion-dollar light rails and government projects that will never pay for themselves, they will siphon money quicker than the government can borrow it. In the end, the government will tax the middle class out of exsitance.
Interest rates will not go much higher until inflation turns to hyperinflation, probably within the next 5 years given the money printing going on. At that point, they will crash the fiat system and the government will come to SAVE you with the digital dollar. The government will be with you at every step after this, and the history books will describe this time as a selfish greedy society.
