Pinto, big tobacco already has additives which make gigs taste "?good?".
Now on one hand, as far as I'm concerned, if people want to hand over their hard earned to big tobacco and govt. tax for the sake of bad breathe and a cough, they can be my guest.
However, generally smokers are terrible litter bugs, always chucking their butts in gutters or wherever. As a non smoker, I find that littering, much more offensive than the smell or passive smoking. It disgusts me, but most smokers must believe it is their god gievn right to chuck butts.
For that littering I hope smokers get well stitched up on all fronts, they deserve it and its their karma, if not their health.
In conclusion, smoking is a grubby pastime all round.
