Possible sellers could be sitting on losses watching the rest of the market rise while SP for BAU bounces between 12 and 13 cents.Many would be thinking they could recoup their losses elsewhere.
Nothing unusual with the trading there is no conspiracy.I'm sure if BAU actually start doing something the SP will react.Even though they are trading at less than cash backing.All BAU really is right now is cash in the bank and not a lot of business going on.
