    During the delay they could of parked the cash in Telstra shares getting a 50% return over the last few years plus about 9% fully franked yield per year. Safe, blue chip, from low base. At the moment Telstra is my best stock, unlike this dog which is under water. This BAU management are very underwhelming !!!
