PRR is just like an oiler. I have seen them doing capital raisings before results, so that, if it is a duster, they have capital to go on with (because it might be hard to raise capital with a duster). I hope PRR doesn't have the biotech equivalent of a duster with its results, but you can understand the company raising capital at this time. If PRR are successful, then everyone wins. If not, then best not to have too many expectations. If they havew a spike that is not results-related, some will exit as they do with oilers pre-spud.
PRR is an oily for humanity, but not without its risks.
