Hi all there has been a lot of talk about possible acquisitions. With an extra 45 million in the bank I can think of two alternative means to spend this cash. 1. If paulsens reserves are confirmed as doubling or even more then bill may be thinking of bringing forward development to the 200k target earlier. This 200k may be been reviewed to say 250 or 300 k per annum. Bringing cash-flow online earlier may justify the 45 mill cap raising. Especially if mine life of paulsens is revised to 10 plus year s at current production rates. 2. Bill may be looking at an asset/mine rather then taking over a company. Yes I am guessing wildly here but don't discount alternatives to taking over a company as a Catylst for this cr.
