I watch it Tues/Wed/Thurs when they talk about shares. Monday and Friday is property (from memory). You can get some great info off of the show but it depends on who they have on. Quite often the panelists will comment on a stock even if they have very little knowledge of it. You'll get a mix of FA and TA.
