This broker has been plugging CDB for years on Your Money Your Call. Here is what I wrote on 14 September 2012 on the CDB forum when the share price went from 5 cents to 11.5 cents in a day.
"I'm a regular listener to Your Money Your Call podcasts. The same guy has plugged this stock three times and each time I've watched it skyrocket the next day.
To be honest it seems comlpetely unethical that they allow him (Les) to plug such an illiquid, small stock.
The guy seems uber-dodgy, real used car salesman stuff.
His extreme optimism isn't backed by any real supporting evidence. Just stuff like 'it won't be at 5 cents for long'.
Be very careful if you're thinking about buying this stock."
