    Over-promised, under-delivered on all projects

    Had the inability to get projects touted as "the best possible" off the ground whilst making many placements and giving himself incentive shares.

    Look at the share price chart of VIL whilst he was at the helm...

    And you are paying him AUD $500,000 well $500 would be too much IMO

    Will see in 6 months how right I am but on this I back myself 100% he will add nothing to the benefit of UML holders
