Why would they withhold this information from their own Shareholders?

The holding company was basically insolvent?

Nearly 10% of the MC is on loan to RRS. What happens if their Shareholders call for it to be paid back as I understand some are?

Seems fairly obvious that they'll be reliant on picking up a new bunch of not so well informed Mums & Dads so we should applaud the tenacity of those seeking to outline the truth of what 'could' happen to their hard earned.
