    Yes because it costs to do mailouts every year. So a tidy up seems reasonable. Would be more comfortable if the offer was 8c, but then again 5.2c is a premium and its brokerage free. So seems fair. Aslong as its an "offer" then no harm offering. If its a forced sale then Im against it.
