    Stock holders have voted decisively for bringing VMR on board. VMR will be happy as they get 20% of the company for close to 8 cents.
    You can throw in as many cheap one liners as you like. Stock holders have spoken and are clearly not going to be influenced by your negativity. Perhaps they are all blind and easily fooled. Only time will tell.
