You guys have a quality Company here , and are always on the acquisition trail.
I have a holding in a smaller , but high quality transport Company based in SA (KSC).It is nicely profitable with a very strong history of consistent performance and is paying around 7-8% dividend at current price.
Circumstances changes dramatically late last year when Alan Scott died-- he was the founder and held something like 69% of the stock.Hello --wouldn't that be a neat acquisition--but sorry boys ,I wouldn't want to part with mine for $2.23!! But at a price anything is possible.
I am hearing some murmurs --are you guys hearing anything at your end? It would be awful if Lindsay beat you to the prize !
