It is Ok to decide based on the facts when the situation develops.
Others may consider the factors and likely outcome to be ahead of the others.
Especially when there is changes to be expected.
Obviously there was group who managed sell and make profit before
the elections.
Still another factor is the bottom of a possible fall.
If the other odds were bad, would it be based on the cash of the company?
Compared to that the there is still substantial market price.
With this one could estimate risks levels.
