I am not a politician and really fail to understand the Logic behind some of the views in Greenland:

I believe I am for the enviroment:

Greenlnd Election what are the Priorities:

A: NO Mine...........Enviromental Issues Uranium
B: INDEPENDENCE.............
C:. JOBS.............
D: MORE HOUSING
E: IMPROVING SOCIAL ISSUES
F: TOURISM
G: FISHING IMPROVE

Those views in a way do not work well together under current circumstances in Greenland.

Just taking a quick look at the different Scenarios Narerlaq Patti want Independence by 2021.....

Both IA and Narelaq are against Uranium.

However Narelaq have previously supported Siumut........ but now say they have the same view as IA....... I don't think that this arrangement is set in stone even though at the election they were on the same platform.....


The make up of the Government will happen in next couple days, and nothings seems like it is.........

To Achieve full Independence they have to be able to stand on their own two feet without the support of Denmark.

Although the Kuannersuit project was a key issue in the election, under the present circumstances in Greenland if Kuannersuit is stopped (Lost opportunity of 300-700 jobs and associated benefits) then Road too:

B: Independence becomes much longer and harder
C: Jobs lost opportunity
D: Housing More Funding needed
E: Social Issues Continue
F: Tourism becomes harder to improve
G: Fishing more money or Infrustructure (proably China..?)

Becomes significantly more difficult.

They are still reliant on the funding from Denmark but of course the offer from NGO's (I think) to also fund Greenland and keep the population on benefits.
