As if it's management's fault. GBB is just trying to build support to get the board fired and you are falling for his lies and corrosive approach to the company in my opinion. It seems to me that the board and the ceo's did what they could. How easy it is to blame when things don't go our way! If the government had not fallen apart (two months ago) and the mine was ready to be approved we would be singing managements praises (although GBB would still be bitching about them. Nothing has changed there). It's the way the cookie crumbles but to now start blaming is childish and entitled.
