I think it was @sun111 that made the comment that:
- New data centers cost between US$7 mil - 12 mil per MW to build at this moment, and
- NNG own a 3MW data centre in WA.
With the valuations being thrown around for AirTrunk and Canberra Data Centres, it there any chance that the value of the 3MW data centre has gone up?
Doesn't sound like we would sell it, but doesn't seem like it is valued at the level we could sell it at in the balance sheet.
