Since June 2007 trading in energy stocks [AOE, WPL, PSA, TAP] has provided me with a better return than for any other sector [BHP can also be counted as an energy stock]. Next best in my portfolio has been resources stocks wherein TMR & PEM have been costly & ZFX awaits the OXR merger [done well out of AGS, AWC, BHP & OXR]. As with all stocks, care is needed re entry / exit points & past performance is not a predictor of future performance [IMHO oil seems due for a swan dive & several stocks will follow it down].
