The question is:
If you had responsibility for a project such as Mollyhill would you:
Get Mollyhill financed on poor terms given current climate etc. with a poor return OR hold out until a better offer comes along.
IF you go for holding out, HOW long would you consider waiting (months/years)?
All replies please clarify why you have gone for that selection.
Just interested to hear what people think out there.
