That's one of the perils of being dual listed I guess.
Stephen Ronaldson is a solicitor in London that is the secretary for lots of small mining companies. It appears that he is actually the link between Thor and our Dundas tenement partner as he provides secretarial services to both us and them.
Hopefully something can be negotiated to extend our agreement with Dundas otherwise we may have missed out on a good opportunity to increase our ownership to 100%. But I guess the reality is we are too stretched for cash as it is at the moment so a 60/40 split might have to be enough. At least we can share the exploration expenditure.
