With Japanese nuclear reactors scheduled to restart tomorrow, hopefully, sentiment will begin turn for all uranium producers/explorers with the begining of a new long term up trend and BLR is priced accordingly.

Transporting the ablation unit to the Sunday Mines is the easy part. A more important question is how soon could WUC process ore? Mr. Glasier has said the mines are "fully permitted", but this statement is at a minimum, incomplete. Yes, state mining permits are active. But a few issues exist:
1. Regarding the federal Plan of Operations issued by the Bureau of Land Management, Anthony Adkins notes in the July 7, 2015 NI 43-101 technical report "there is a question on a 2009 Environmental Assessment (EA) report submitted by Denison Mines that was appealed by an opposition group and remanded back to the BLM by a judge for the EA to address of [sic] certain additional environmental concerns. That EA has never been formally resubmitted to the BLM. The timeline for this issue is unknown." In January 2015, the BLM wrote to Glasier asking to discuss "your near term and long term plans for operations at the Sunday Mines Complex" and expressing the BLM's desire to meet with Glasier "to discuss paths forward for completing analysis at the mine." WUC has not disclosed whether company personnel have met with the BLM or whether they have worked on a revised EA.
2. Since the state mining permits do not address ablation, an amendment application would likely need to be filed. Amendment applications are reviewed in the same manner as permit applications. If the state determines ablation will have only a minor effect, a technical revision application would need to be filed instead.
3. Since Colorado is an agreement state, the NRC is not directly involved in the issuance of radioactive material licenses. However, agreement states must conform to federal rules. Neither the NRC nor the State of Colorado have formally addressed ablation since no company has submitted an application proposing its use. There is likely to be a dispute over whether Colorado will require a radioactive material license for an ablation operation."
