As far as they are concerned BLR is a drag on finance. They do not care what vehicle they use to make money.
Is there a good reason for BLR to survive now, other than for the small shareholders calling foul?
If BLR is stripped of its assets because it made itself vulnerable due to weak cash position, they ARE protecting their interests, (whether those assets are under the control of BLR is irrelevant)...... BLR is now just collateral damage
