I gather that there is 115m shares on offer and he is setting the price at 8.6c. This fits in perfectly with Dcho's post, "What has been announced is that forecast at the end of JW-1 we will have $10 MILLION in funds, other funds are committed to G and G across the Broadacre package."
I don't believe the price he is setting it at has anything to do with what he believes is in the well, but is merely to raise the 10 million he needs.
I'm very confident that good news will come out of this well and will be released at the same time that the trading halt stops. This will ensure he gets his 10 mil and that the SP will rocket.
