    CR happens 6 weeks after we get results from J1..

    Therefore its unlikely that the JH initiated the CR unless he was overly confident of a success here...

    Quite simply noone is going to take up the SPP if there is even a hint of failure here... We will have plenty of time to make a decision...

    Irrespective of the CR if J1 result is bad... Then the SP was going to tank anyway....

    If its good... We can all decide to take up some shares at 0.086cents in 6 weeks...
