Even if they only had 10m tons....wouldn't that be plenty to create the cashflow to pay for stage 2 plant?
In fact, haven't they got enough to do that right now?
Concerned that if it "only" comes in at 15M that investors get dissappointed having estimated 50M or so.....but in reality they would seem to only need around 5M to easily get the major operation set up.

That's 500M profit over a couple of years just with 5M.
