Preemption likely by one of the JV in the deal. We all know in our heart of hearts it's so cheap far or cairn would be stupid not to take their options. Another lost deal by WPL unless they already had the deal stitched up before announcing which is unlikely as both CNE or FAR Seemed to be the unaware.
