Very early on MaxW indicated that he thought the pause would last for ~90 days. No one else in the know has offered up any indications. We're at about day 52 so based on MaxW's guess we all have to sit tight for another 7 weeks.

My feeling is there is a very real possibility that we may not trade again. My feeling is that the company is in a very serious situation where they have already borrowed a lot & they are seemingly unable to turn a dollar.

I think Oz may have put this out there earlier but I'm also suspicious as to why they haven't put out an offer to retail shareholders.

Who knows though they could announce they are fully financed tomorrow.
