To not acknowledge the seriousness of the situation is disillusion & motives have to be questioned. They don't have electricals installed & won't for months. There is at least one reason they can't sell DSO. Also the company is assessing a trial furnace which supposedly makes their product more desirable. If anyone who has been following this company for any length of time tells you that moving this piece of plant from trial to part of the factory line won't cause delays to the commissioning of the plant are simply full of it.
The companies project methodology is seemingly to stick a finger up in the air and see if it feels right. There is absolutely no way that if the company relists $45 mill be the end of the cap raisings prior to going into production.
Finally it may have been covered but I still don't think anyone has put up a good reason as to why the company shouldn't be trading right now. Everyone knows it's taking on more debt why can't they relist & then go into trading halt when there is something to announce.
