    ''Ok now lets look at current situation , the same two people.. Interest rates rise (like they have) so now the buying person is paying $700 in repayments . The owner of the property that is rented has a similar increase , so wants to charge more to cover costs ... Then the government steps in and says NUP... no we are freezing rents ....

    these are my thoughts -------- you've complicated a reasonably simple concept put out by a minor party

    you've built it into a comparative fictional story ------------------ it's the ravings of a silly person with some kind of political agenda in mind

    you could reframe it to take out the fantastical Spielberg script - and just ask about rent freezing - that could make some sense


    if you want to become famous - write a book. If you want serious political discussion - stay away from the fantasy
