In order for there to be no shortfall we need subscriptions for 6.1 mill rites.
If there is only 4 mil including the con note holders then the CR proceeds.
We are given our monies back including the 5% extra and interest and then the whole lot is converted to rights - we do not get our money back.
I can not add anything else to that. I think you may be getting hung up on what is essentially a paper transaction.
