Agreed, although we were above 7 in June and then had a few months sub 6. We even got to 3.90 in August which is crazy. It' a funny old chart but as you say it's not helped by the liquidity issue and this is a long term play. I'm always wondering what the catalyst will be for a proper re-rate though.
