we need to see a refinancing happen for the share price to do anything. as for the UK things will need to get worse before any of the pollies have the balls to pick up shale. as long as the govt subsidizes energy to the masses there won't be the political will to move down the shale path. we will at least need to see a change of govt before anything happens. to be honest legal action might be the best bet
