your tips for promising gold juniors

Hi y'all. I 've finally found enough time to update my research
into prospective gold (and silver) explorers/near term producers, as my lists are nearly 1 y.o.
I would appreciate anyone else's faves, with a brief rundown and I'll run the ruler over them. Once I've crunched the numbers contributers are welcome to the results and comments are encouraged.
Virtually all gold stocks have been badly savaged and now is a good time to pick some winners as it was at the end of '08.
