Gazelle, it depends completely on your style and time frame. For the short term stuff, yes it can make a difference as having information and good data in front of you will make or break a trade.
For the longer term trades a setup like mine isn't necessary imo.
I also have other applications for my setup and compared to some custom setups, mine is actually quite conservative.
